Hello, we’re looking for a third flatmate in a lovely locality in Koramangala.
It’s a 3bhk located near Wipro signal, 1st block in a spacious building.
Rent for your room: 22K
Deposit: 1.3 lakhs (4 lakhs split equally)
Move in: 1st November
Additionally, there is some initial house setup cost, including utensils, home cleaning, etc. We’ll share the split with you. The only things you need to bring are a bed and a mattress. There’s a lovely study table also which you can choose to rent/buy from the owner.
The living room has a balcony, and one of the large rooms has a balcony. Apart from that, there are windows and good natural light around the house.
The house comes with a sofa set, a dining table in the living room (as depicted in the above pictures), cupboards in all rooms, and drawers and shelves in the kitchen. The room comes with an attached cupboard and dressing table, and a dedicated bathroom.
We have a fridge and rented washing machine that get equally split. Wifi, maid, and drink prime services also get split equally.
The house is owned by a lawyer who lives in another house in Richmond Town. He is not intrusive, very well educated and just wants us to take care of his house like it’s our own.
About us
Pragya is from Delhi and is working as a Software Developer at BigBasket. She is into sports, loves working out and enjoys music. She is a veggie lover and overall likes things neat and organised, especially in the kitchen. She is fun company and maintains balance between hanging out and keeping her personal space.
Chhavi is from Chandigarh and is working in a Venture Capital Firm (Lok Capital) in Investments. She loves cooking and working out, expect her to wake up at 6 or even sleep at 6 during weekends. She likes to keep the space neat and clean like Pragya, will respect your privacy and personal space and will prefer it back.
We’re super chill, non-judgemental, and responsible people. That is pretty much what we’re looking for. We’re vegetarians and we will prefer someone who is a vegetarian, but we’re also open to non-vegetarians. We drink occasionally and have friends around in Bangalore who come over once in a while.
